Peleg TRIPP  was born on 1 Dec 1755 in South Kingston, Washington County, Rhode Island.  He died on 5 Sep 1838 in Warrensburgh, Warren County, New York. He was buried in a family cemetery at Tripp Pond in Warrensburgh, Warren County, New York.  Peleg served in the War of the Revolution with the 13th Regiment, Albany County Militia, enlisting as a soldier in 1779. He was discharged in 1780. For six years afterward, he served occasionally as a teamster and minute-man. He was a pensioner of the war.
I'm not for sure he is related to me or not but it makes for a good read...Smiles@ya
