| Threw grew_up togather in Kansas City,Kansas & remain friends untell the end..this picture was takeing after they both worked all summer so they could buy the suits they are seen here wearing. They worked at the box factury in KCK & was able to save up the money for thier frist suit with long legs ( as my father tould me years ago) & had enought money left over to have this picture takein & two movie tickets so they could show off thier new look to all the girls. |

| Mom said that back then they had a old man the would walk around KCK leading his mule & carrieing an old camera takeing pictures on kids seting on his mule for 3 cents...he would then take the film home & bring back the finished picturs the next time he would be going threw town ( about 1 month later mom would say) |

| My dad (Louis) & his brother (Sam) was both born on Christmas day..Uncle Sam was born Dec 1900 & Dad was born in 1903...my Grandfather ( thier dad was also born on Christmas...I was surpose to be also but I guess my mother had other plans...I was born Dec 23,1948 |
