Seta is Naru and Kitsune's former tutor and Sara's adopted father. He is an archeologist and an awesome fighter (he actually defeated Motoko). He employed Keitaro for a short while. He is a VERY BAD driver. Every time he drives, he'll end up crashing into something and get out of his van with his head bleeding. He's a tall, handsome, who works as a part time substitute in Toudai and an archeologist. Seta is said to have failed the Toudai entrance exam three times! He managed to succeed at the fourth time. I think he lives in his van. He also has a mysterious past relationship with Haruka.
