Madness in Its True Form
Madness
So unpredicted
So unusual
so unpatterned
Madness can be many things
Madness in love
Madness in pain
Madness in sanity
Or
MY madness
Madness in sorrow
It slowly eats at my insides
Crumbling the inner layer of my heart
Trying its way to my brain
And when it finally reaches
It affects one part at a time
First my judgement
Then, my love
Then, my wisdom
Then, all of it at once
Where I must breakdown
INto madness of its characterised form
I cry
I weep
I shout
I destroy
And what for?
Because the madness has crept inside my body
And now does not want to leave?
Loved ones
They come to my aid
They try to help
But there is no help
Sorrow is a permanent thing
And can only be masked
By the happiness of a loved one
But, when there is NO happiness
The sorrow will stay
And the madness will continue
Forever!
