Watching the moon

When, with the breeze
That cast a cloud

A whisper was heard,

So, I rose
And I followed
the scent of love
How strange it smelled!

To a man

Sensual
But mysterious
My breath
Was taken
I could not speak
Nor breathe

Angel of love
Stood before me
And I all
But kneeled down
At his feet
He began to talk

That I had never heard
Such a dark, mysterious angel
Soke words of love
To me!!
Of all people!
And I fell,
Not literally
But fell in love.
In that moment
In the dark
Under the moonling
With the breeze
Swaying the trees
As he charmed me.
Soon, he stopped
I, I wanted to hear
MORE!
But he wold not go on
Till I found out why.
As I waited
For more words to come
He leaned in
His face
No more than inches
No, centimeters
From mine.
I could feel
His breath
And I dare not say
That I was anxious
To touch his lips
With mine
And then
I did.
My veins rushed
With the blood of passion
And I was almost lifted
From my feet
With the feeling
Of love.
When our lips parted
I felt as if
I was to cry

He spoke
And said
Such words
That made no sense
Just words
That sounded like music
To my ears
I was drawn
To him
Only
To him
The way he spoke
His voice
Was the breeze

I could not
For the life of me,
Distinguish
Which was which
So I listened
Intently
to his words
Catching his words
As you do a butterfly
In the air
With a net
He began
To charm me
Once more
And again
I felt
As if I was taken
Stolen
From earth
And restored
To his place of
Fantasy.
He began to smile
And that smile
Began to laugh
But I did not see
I did not notice
For I was watching
His eyes
Those deep brown
Spheres of love
They entranced me
Drew me in
Chained me
to him
In ways
Only I ever imagined
His eyes
They twinkled
And just when
He almost lost me
His smile
Drew me back
And again
I stared
And again
I listened
And again
I fell
Not literally
But fell
In love.
