| - Trading in General: If we have traded before, or I know you're a good trader through others, we will send at the same time. If we have never traded before, I may ask that you send first. Trade ratio is always 1:1. - CD-R Trading - Gaps, Clicks, & Errors: Please inform me of any errors on your discs like gaps, clicks, or errors of any kind. I try hard to only get error-free discs. I also expect discs you send me to be the same. Also, I try to make note of any shows that have errors in them. If I receive a disc with any errors without prior notification, a replacement is expected. If you would like the disc(s) back with the errors on it, it is your job to reinburse me for the postage. - Video Trading: I am only looking for known generation videos (very important). If you do not know the generation of your video, I do not want it. Also, if you do not know the exact generation, please do not make up a generation for it. Always record in 'SP' mode, and do not cut anything off the video. - DVD-R Trading: I am looking for shows that have a known generation. I am willing to trade a DVD-R for multiple CD-Rs, as well. - Masters: I would like to only trade any copies of Master tapes I have for other copies direclty from the Master. I do make exceptions some times, so still email me with any offers. - Upgrades: I am also looking for any/all upgrades to shows I already have. So, for example, if I have an unknown generation show, and you have a known generation show, I will probably like to upgrade it. Same goes for if I have a copy that has any kind of errors in it, I would be looking for an errorless copy. - Brands of Blank Media: For CD-Rs, I like to use Imation, Maxell, or TDK CD-Rs. For VHS tapes, I like to use either Sony or Maxell VHS tapes. Please try to stay away from really cheap stuff. I am a firm believer in that you get what you pay for. For DVD-Rs, I would really only like to get DVD-Rs (instead of DVD+Rs). For DVD-R brands, I'm not too picky. - MP3 Sources: If you have something MP3 sourced to offer, I may still be interested in it, but could only offer something MP3 sourced in return. I will not accept any MP3 sourced Nirvana shows. - Shipping: Try to use a padded envelope, or a package with some kind of padding around the media. I do not send discs in cases, so I do not expect any in return. I almost always ship 1st class mail in the US, only using priority mail in larger (heavier) trades. For shipping overseas, I always use airmail or Global Priority mail. - Writing on media: Please do not write on any discs / videos because I do my own labeling. I also do not write on any discs / videos I send out. Instead, attach some kind of post-it or piece of paper taped to the media with the neccessary info on it. - Coming soon: Try not to ask about stuff I have on my 'Coming Soon' list. When I get it in, I will take it off the list and put it in its appropriate place. I also have an 'Updates' page which lists the dates I added anything to my site. |
