"look at what We have accomplished"
No matter what it's called, war is the same.
Men seem to find, always a way, to
color it up and make it ok.
They do it for money, fortune and fame,
to get what they want, they're all the same.
They have many reasons and excuses alike,
to start up a war where they don't fight.
"We'll get us some people to fight for us,
Let them know in whom they can trust.
Call them soldiers, warriors, and such,
With these great names they want mind so much.
To go out tomorrow and defend for us,
All of the reasons we think they must.
To give their lives, then we will say,
they did it with honor, and call them all brave."
All I know, and what I will say,
It doesn't seem right in any way.
For all of those who has sent us to fight,
Has stayed at home where it's cozy and nice.
They tell us to go and fight for the cause,
To give our best or all will be lost.
But the ones that seem to always say,
it's war my boy, at home they stay.
