Color Discription: gray, yellow-brown and brown.
Physical Discription: There are 2 triangular plates above the eyes project from a flattened head with a low casque. Two small horns project from the snout, half way between the eyes and rostrum. There is A row of thorns (11 pairs of spines), is apparent on each side of the backbone from the tail to the pelvis. not counting the pointed projections of the pelvic shield. Brookesia thieli has a more rounded body. Males have tails that are slightly longer than their bodies.
Size: Females grow to 4". Males are slightly smaller.
Temperatures:
Breeding/Reproduction: they lay 2 eggs per clutch and typically lay 2 clutches per year. Sexually maturity is reached at approximately 5 months.
