Richard races out of bed, and runs down stairs to answer. When he answer’s he is surprised to see Ryan standing at his front door. “Ryan. What are you doing here?” Richard asks, as he lets Ryan into his home. “Nicole’s missing. Have you seen her?” “What! Nicole’s missing! How long has she been gone?” Richard questions “Just answer me. Have you seen or heard from Nicole, since after our wedding?” Ryan questions. “Look Ryan, I saw Nicole the night of your wedding, at the hospital. After that she hasn’t called me, I assumed that you would be on your honeymoon.” Richard tells Ryan “Well, she was released from prison on bail, and her murder trail starts today.” “The police think, Nicole killed Taylor.” Richard says with a laugh. “Yeah. And we have to find her before, 11. Can you help.” Ryan asks Richard Scene: 2 Setting: Block Mansion Julie walks down stairs, to the sound of laughter coming from the kitchen. It reminds her of old times when her children were still growing up. She walks into the kitchen. “Good morning sis” says Cassandra as she greets her sister, “Neil, your here early.” Julie says. “I thought that you may need the emotional support. This is a big day for your family.” Neil says speaking about the trail. “Yes, I will need support, thank you for coming.” Julie responds to Neil. Scene: 3 Setting: Block Enterprise Richard has just finished checking the whole building looking for Nicole. He is talking to Ryan on the cell phone. “Listen Ryan. I checked all 32 floors, and their is no Nicole. (Ryan talks.) I was in the basement yesterday, and she wasn’t their. Nicole never liked the basement. But I was their yesterday and she wasn’t their. Listen I’ll go up to the cabins.” With that said, Richard goes to the parking lot, and drives off to the cabin’s. Scene: 4 Setting: Danny Hunter’s Office “Damn it Nicole. Why the hell did you disappear?” Danny asks himself. He starts pacing back and forth through his office. Danny starts mumbling to himself, about the idea that before Taylor died, she had someone kidnap Nicole. “That theory is so dumb. Where are you Nicole?” he questions. Scene: 5 Setting: Block Enterprise Basement Nicole’s cuts seem to have stopped bleeding, she lays on the ground, and has yet to move. Scene: 6 Setting: Victor’s Apartment Victor enters his bedroom, where Hope sleeps. He gently kisses her head. Hope opens her eyes, “Good morning.” Victor says to Hope. “I have a surprise for you.” “Oh Victor!” Hope exclaims as Victor brings her breakfast in bed. “This is grand! Thank you.” Hope says with a smile. “I can’t let my favorite girl go hungry can I?” Victor says. “This is to much. Thank you.” Hope says. Scene: 7 Setting Ryan & Nicole’s Penthouse Ryan has just finished searching his and Nicole’s penthouse. He is in the den, looking for a note or anything that will help tell him where Nicole may be. When nothing comes up, he leaves, and misses a phone call. The caller doesn’t leave a message. Scene: 8 Setting: Block Mansion - 9:45 AM Julie and Neil are in the den awaiting Cassandra, who has yet to come down from getting ready. “I can’t believe that my baby, may go to jail, or even worse be killed.” Julie says as she starts to cry. Neil moves in and starts hugging her, he whispers in her ear that everything will be all right and that nothing bad will happen to Nicole. Julie continues to cry. Neil lifts her head, and whips her tears away from her eyes. Julie then moves in for the kiss. The duo kiss for the first time. Cassandra then comes down-stairs and notices the kiss, she takes off up-stairs, unseen and unheard. Scene: 9 Setting: Cabin 13 Richard has just arrived at the cabin looking for Nicole. He parks his car, and notices the shed door open, he goes and looks inside. Nothing. He then turns, and starts walking towards the cabin. When he enters he hears, moans very faintly. He runs to the bedroom and catches Shawn in bed with some teen. “Shawn… what the hell..” Richard yells. The teen couple stops having sex. “Oh my god! It’s not what you think.” Shawn says trying to explain. “Both of you out. This is private property.” Richard orders. The teens get dressed as Richard waits in the living room. When the teens leave, Richard call Ryan and tells him that once again he has not found Nicole. Scene: 10 Setting: Danny Hunter’s Office Danny has started calling around to different ‘high class’ places that Nicole might be hiding out at, and all are giving him the same answer, that Nicole hasn’t been their. To buy him and Nicole some more time, he calls Judge Thomas and acts him to reschuelde the trail for another few days. When Judge Thomas refuses, Danny then asks him if they could move the trail back to after lunch. Once again Danny is shut down. Scene: 11 Setting: Maui Court House - 10: 43 AM “I’m glad we got here a bit early.” Julie says. “Hopefully nothing goes wrong. Ryan and Nicole should be here soon.” Neil tells the women. Cassandra then sneaks off to the bathroom, she keeps flashing back to the kiss that she saw between Julie and Neil. Cassandra quickly wipes her tears away when she is joined by Hope. “Wow. What a nice ring!” Cassandra tells Hope who’s sporting what looks-like an engagement ring. “Thanks.” Hope says. Back inside the Court room, everyone has gathered. “I have some news for everyone.” Victor says with a grin. “What’s going on Victor.” Julie says. “Well, I’m getting married to Hope Walker. We became engaged the morning, when I proposed,” Victor tells all. “Excuse me.” Says Julie as she leaves the room and goes to the bathroom, and runs into Hope. Scene: 12 Setting: Ryan and Nicole’s Penthouse Ryan and Richard are talking about how Nicole has yet to be found. “The only other place, I could think that Nicole would go to is…” Ryan is then interrupted by Richard. “Nicole would be in Dallton. It’s miles away and no one really knows her there.” Meanwhile… In the Block Basement, Nicole rolls back onto her stomach and starts calling for help. Meanwhile… Back at the Court House Bathroom, Hope and Julie face off. Meanwhile… Judge Thomas is called into the court and is not happy when he notices that Nicole is a no-show.
