written by: Pat Walsh edited by: Darren Rowe “X” Scene: 1 Setting Ryan & Nicole’s Penthouse Nicole is cooking dinner, when she sees Taylor sitting at her table, pointing a gun at her. “Nicole, hello what’s wrong?” Ryan asks. Nicole doesn’t respond. Ryan gets some cold water and dumps it in Nicole’s face. “Ryan, what are you doing?” Nicole scrawls “Where are you? Your mind is somewhere else.” “I saw Taylor again. She was sitting holding a gun pointed at me.” Nicole explains. “I’m so sorry. I just need to get some help.” “Why not go see Jenna. She can help you get over this.” Ryan says. Nicole leaves to go make an appointment, while in the living room, she remembers seeing Taylor die by her father. “Why where you there daddy?” Nicole asks herself. Scene: 2 Setting: Damon Household Jenna puts on a revealing red dress for her dinner date with Danny. “Jenna, please stay home. I wanted us to watch movies and just cuddle on the couch.” Richard begs. “Stop it. Quit being jealous of me and Danny. There is nothing going on, not now and not ever. We’re going out as friends.” Says Jenna snapping. “Yeah, your going as friends in a dress that reveals that much of your chest. Right but when we go out, you are always covered up.” Richard fires back. “Richard! I have to go. Listen, this is a new dress and you never take me out. This is my night, don’t spoil it.” Jenna says as she grabs her purse and leaves. Richard watches from the bedroom, as Jenna and Danny walk to Danny’s car. Danny opens Jenna’s door and closes it for her. He then enter car. The duo drive off. Scene: 3 Setting: Sydney, Australia Neil and Cassandra are sitting watching the sun rise. “Cassie, as much as I’ve liked our time as friends, I have to return to Maui, so that I can work things out with Julie. Please understand and do not let this wreak our friendship.” Neil pleads. “Neil, You love Julie not me. Go and be with her and make her happy.” Neil leaves and gets dressed, when he leaves the apartment, Cassandra remembers the past few days with him. (Sheryl Crow's "Soak Up The Sun" Starts Playing---Flash Back) Cassandra and Neil are building a sand castle on the beach. He goes and dumps water all over her. Both smile Neil and Cassandra are eating dinner, he pulls out a ring. Cassandra breaks down in tears, as she believes that Neil was proposing. “Oh my god! Yes! Yes!” Cassandra cries. “It’s for Julie, but thanks for saying you like it,” Neil says. (Sheryl Crow's "Soak Up The Sun" Stops Playing End Of Flash) A teary eyed Cassandra throws a few pictures of her and Neil away. “How stupid, he was proposing to Julie, not me. God! Why can’t Neil see, that I’m the only one for him.” Says a crying Cassandra. Scene: 4 Setting: Block Mansion Julie is sitting at home watching her soap operas when Victor and Hope arrive. “Julie, how are you?” Victor asks, “What, do you both want.” Julie asks when she sees Hope. “I was wondering in Hope could go through your closet, for a few of your nicer dresses.” He asks. “No! I bought them, they are mine. I think that your forgetting, I got this house, I got everything including money, now please leave me alone.” Julie snaps. Victor leaves and tells Hope not to be long. “Julie listen, this attitude toward your ex-husband has got to stop. He did nothing but love you.” Hope tells Julie. “Shut up. I don’t want to hear it. Their is a reason that he is my ex-husband, he lied, cheated and damn it, I didn’t want it. Now, get the hell out of my house-now.” Julie yells at Hope. Hope grabs her purse and leaves. Julie watches from the window, as she sees Victor’s limo pull out of the drive way. Julie is heading to the gym, when the Maid comes and tells her that she has a visitor. Julie enters the den. She opens and door and is brought to tears when she sees her visitor. Scene: 5 Setting: Damon Household Richard and Nicole are talking in his living room, when the phone rings. “Hello. (After a short pause) Yeah, I’ll be there.” Richard says to the person on the other end of the phone. “What is it?” Nicole questions. “Sharon’s at a party where the drug Ecstasy is going around. I have to go and pick her up, that was her to just called.” “So she done with drugs? For good?” “That’s what she is saying, but she might be lying, Nicole.” Richard and Nicole race to the car, and enter and start driving to pick up Sharon. Scene: 6 Setting: Oceanview Jenna and Danny are waiting for their meal. “Danny, how can you afford this? This place is way to fancy for someone like me!” Jenna says with excitement. “Jenna, I’m single, and I save a lot of money, this is nothing to some of my other bills.” Danny says. Jenna then excuses herself and goes to the ladies room to freshen up. Jenna enters a stall as she is going to the bathroom. “Can you believe that Jenna is cheating on her husband, with that Danny guy!” says a younger girl at the counter. “What street did she come from?” says the other girl. Both start laughing, as they leave. Jenna gets out of the stall washes her hands. She goes back to the table. “Danny, I want to go, now.” Jenna says grabbing and putting her jacket on. Danny leaves money for the bill. Scene: 7 Setting: Block Mansion The phone is ringing bout no one is answering. “This is the Block mansion, please leave a message after the beep, thanks bye.” “Julie, its me. We really need to talk. Talk about us, please if you are there and are listening to this, please call me back. I have to talk to you as soon as possible.” Neil says as he leaves a message. Julie is sitting in the room, and is crying as she hears Neil’s voice for the first time since they broke up. Scene: 8 Setting: The Beach House Party Richard and Nicole arrive at the party, they split up to go and look for Sharon. Nicole takes a few of the drug dealers aside. “Listen guys, I need some drugs. I need Ecstasy, really badly. How much?” Nicole asks. “Its more like how will you pay us?” the dealer says as touches Nicole’s ass. Nicole slaps him. “I’ll pay you with cash.” Nicole pulls out a fifty dollar bill and gives it to the dealer, he then gives her a bag of Ecstasy. Nicole walks off and finds Sharon. The women go back to the car and find Richard waiting for them. “I’ll go get Shawn, and he can come home to.” Richard is walking back to the house, when he spots Jenna walking along the beach, with Danny’s arms wrapped around her. He returns to the car and they drive off. “Danny, what did those girls mean? Are you a player?” Jenna questions. “Jenna, I date a lot. No one really catches me as the one, you know. I mean your the first girl that I want to stay with me forever.” He tells her. “Just hold me.” She tells Danny. Scene: 9 Setting: Block Mansion Julie is still sitting in the den, thinking about Neil’s message that he left for her. “What do I do? Should I call him? Do I want to give him another chance? Does he know how much he hurt me?” Julie’s head is spinning with all of these questions as well as other ones. Scene: 10 Setting: Ryan and Nicole’s Penthouse Nicole returns to an empty home. Assuming that Ryan has gone to bed, Nicole pulls the Ecstasy out of her purse and goes to the balcony. Nicole takes it out, she then starts seeing Taylor everywhere. “This will end my Taylor problem.” Says a sobbing Nicole. Scene: 11 setting: Neil’s Apartment (Britney Spears - "Where Are You" Starts Playing) Neil is looking out the window as the sunset’s. He looks in the sky and sees him and Julie during fun and good times. Neil gets up and grabs a picture of him and Julie. “I love you” he tells the picture before kissing Julie’s forehead. Scene: 12 Setting: Block Mansion Julie is getting ready for bed, when she turns around, she sees Neil’s robe that he wore when he would spend the night. Julie runs and grabs the robe, she then falls onto her bed, and holds the robe by her heart. (Britney Spears - "Where Are You Now" Stops Playing) Scene: 13 Setting: Ryan and Nicole’s apartment Nicole is now high from the drugs. Ryan walks in. “Nicole what’s going on?” he questions. “I have to tell you. I know who killed Taylor” she says to her husband, “Are you going to tell me?” “Guess” Nicole says with a laugh. “I don’t know.” “Victor! My father killed Taylor! I saw him!” Nicole says with a laugh.
