Nicole then notices her and runs a different direction. She then turns around when she hears a scream. She looks down the back alley and sees Taylor get the stabbed. The killer turns and Nicole sees their face…. Victor!” (End Of Dream) Nicole awakes with a cold sweat. “Daddy killed Taylor!” Nicole whispers to herself, she goes from shock to a horrified expression. THE NEXT MORNING Ryan is showering as Nicole tries to call her father. “Damn it father, were are you?” Nicole says as she slams down the phone. Ryan walks in. Scene: 2 Setting: Danny Hunter’s Office “Yes, Nicole is feeling much better. We will be there.” Danny says before he hangs up. Danny gathers some papers and places them in his briefcase. Danny then calls Ryan and Nicole and tells them that the trial resumes at 10:30 PM. Scene: 3 Setting: Damon Household Richard walks down stairs to find Shawn eating some breakfast. “Morning. How’d you sleep?” Shawn questions. “I didn’t, too much on my mind. You?” “Not bad.” Shawn then glances at his watch, he notices the time. “Look, thanks again for everything. I’ve gotta go. Late for class. See ya later.” Shawn runs out the door after grabbing his bag. Richard cleans up the little mess, and calls Nicole. Scene: 4 Setting: Block Mansion Julie is dressed and ready for the trail. She is about to call Neil, when she flashes back to the night before at the airport. “Damn him. Damn all of them.” Julie says. She walks to the front door and is grabbing the morning paper, when she notices the picture of Neil that she dropped. She picks up the picture and the paper. She places the paper in the den, she walks over to the fireplace. “Do you want a fire?” Michelle asks. “No, but this picture can be burned at once.” Julie demands. She then leaves and starts noticing little things that Neil did for her. Julie glances at her watch, she quickly goes up stairs to change for Nicole’s trail. Scene:5 Setting: Ryan & Nicole’s Penthouse “I’ll get her for you Richard.” Ryan says before putting the phone down and getting Nicole from the bathroom, who has just finished having a shower. “Hello. Richard, yeah I’m doing good. It was nothing, just alone time, so I’ll see you at the trail…. Okay, okay great.” With that said and done Nicole hangs up. Ryan is dressing for the trail, when Nicole goes down-stairs, she notices a message on the answering machine. Nicole hits the button to hear the message. Scene: 6 Setting: Maui Court House Ryan and Nicole arrive early so they can go over some things with Danny. They are sitting at the desk going over a few documents that might slip out during the trial. (Unwanted by Avril Lavigne starts playing) Helen McBride, Taylor’s mother walks into the court room and up to Nicole. “Listen here you dumb bitch. Everyone knows you killed my daughter and today is the day that you will get everything that should have happened along time ago.” Says a crying Helen. “Mrs. McBride, please leave me and my lawyer to our business and go have a seat.” Nicole says with a smile. Helen slaps Nicole. She then turns and starts walking away while calling Nicole names under her breathe. (Unwanted stops playing.) Scene: 7 Setting: Julie’s Car (Independent Women part.1 -Destiny’s Child plays from the radio) “All my independent women throw your hands up at me….” Julie sings along with the radio. The song ends, Julie turns down her radio. “I can be independent. I don’t need any man who will make me happy. I’m happy at this point in my life.” Julie says with a smile to herself. Scene: 8 Setting: Maui Court House The trail is set to start at anytime, as all the last minute arrivals gather into the court room and quickly take a seat. “Nicole you will be fine.” Danny tells her. “All rise Judge Thomas is now entering the court room.” With that everyone rises. Nicole glances back and notices that Victor is missing from the court room. Scene: 9 Setting: Sydney, Australia (Soak Up The Sun- Sheryl Crow starts playing) Cassandra and Neil are at the beach, he is building a sand castle as Cassandra lays on the beach. She goes to grab the sun tan lotion, when she looks up, she sees as Neil throws it into the ocean. She runs out to the ocean to grab it. Neil the grabs her and they go under the water together. She then bends over to grab the lotion and he pushes her into the ocean. (Soak Up The Sun-Sheryl Crow stops playing.) Scene: 10 Setting: Maui Court House Nicole is on the stand. “What else happened the day of your wedding?” “My husband Ryan, came into my hospital room and told me that I was able to go home. On the ride home we talked about the wedding, and where we might go on our honeymoon, as the doctor said a few days of rest.” Nicole tells the court room. “What happened that night?” “Ryan left to go pick up a few objects that we needed from the drug store, while I was out running. He was home, when I returned.” “Nicole, why are you wrist wrapped?” “ It has nothing to do with Taylor’s death, if that is what your thinking.” “So can we rule it out as a suicide attempt?” “No. I feel on some broken glass. That’s all.” Nicole looks around the courtroom and sees Taylor standing at the back, bleeding from her stab wounds. Scene: 11 Setting: Sydney, Australia (Soak Up The Sun- Sheryl Crow starts playing) Neil and Cassandra lay on the beach as the sun goes down. Cassandra packs up and starts walking down the beach, holding hands with Neil. (Soak Up The Sun-Sheryl Crow stops.) Scene: 12 Setting: Maui Court House Nicole continues to stare at Taylor at the back of the Courtroom. “Nicole. Hello Nicole. What are you looking at?” Nicole then screams and tells everyone to get down as Taylor pulls a gun from her pocket and starts firing it. “Everyone down!” Nicole screams!
