Surprised you snagged Victor up so quickly. Typical though, its just like you.” Julie tells Hope. “What is that suppose to mean?” Hope fires back. “Well, after you cheated on hubby one with hubby two, nothing you do surprises me.” Julie says back to Hope. Hope starts walking out to leave. “Slut,” Julie says quietly. Hope grabs Julie by the shoulder whips her around and slaps her across the face. Scene: 2 Setting: Block Enterprise Basement A distraught Nicole, opens her eyes. “Oh my god! My arm is cut up.” Nicole says looking at her arm. She lifts herself off the ground. “I’m lucky, I didn’t have any worse cuts or anything, I could have died down here.” Nicole tells herself. Nicole brushes some dust off her. She is leaving when a vision of Taylor pops out of no where. The vision starts taunting her again. Scene: 3 Setting: Maui Court House Julie gets up from the slap. “You little bitch. How dare you!” Julie yells. “How dare I! How dare I! How dare you call me a slut. Did you think that I wouldn’t hear?” Hope fires back. “Oh god! Wait until I tell Victor about you.” Julie says. “Oh no you don’t. Victor won’t believe you, you left him.” Hope says. “Victor’s going to hate me and the family.” Julie says. “Shut up Julie! Victor will be fine with it, quit playing the role of victim mother.” Hope says, she then turns and leaves. Scene: 4 Setting: Maui Court House Parking Lot Ryan and Richard arrive, I hope that we aren’t late. The men walk in, and quickly take a seat as Judge. Thomas is entering the courtroom. “Mr. Hunter, where is your client?” The judge asks. “She was feeling under the weather, so we thought that it would be best if she stayed away.” Danny tells the judge while looking at Ryan. Ryan’s cell phone goes off. He steps outside to answer it. Julie pulls herself together. She is leaving when Cassandra enters the bathroom. “Look, whatever just happened between you and Hope, can’t happen again. She told Victor and he just shock his head in disgust. Now if you want to get him back, then that can’t happen again.” Cassandra tells her sister. “I don’t want Victor. I want Neil. Victor can think what he wants because I don’t care. I’m leaving, thanks for you words of advice.” With that said Julie returns to the courthouse. When she returns to her seat, Neil’s pager goes off. He to return the call. At the pay phone he finds Cassandra waiting for him. Scene: 5 Setting: Block Enterprise Basement Nicole sees the Taylor vision. The vision starts talking to her. Nicole runs right through the vision. She continues to run right out of Block Enterprise. She starts walking home, when she flashes back to the night that Taylor died. Flashback Taylor was just stabbed by a mystery man. She lets out a moan of pain, and then falls to the ground. “Oh my god! I’ve got to help her.” Nicole whispers as she watches Taylor’s body die. She then looks up at the face of who the killer is…. (End of Flash) Nicole screams when she sees the face again. Scene: 6 Setting: St. Marie High School Shawn walks into English class 20 minutes late. “Where have you been, Mr. Rudders?” The teacher asks, “Finishing my smoke. That’s where.” Shawn says giving attitude, “Step out of the classroom, so we could have a few words.” The teacher tells Shawn. Shawn leaves the classroom, he is followed by the teacher. “Listen Shawn. I taught you grade.10 English, and now your graduating in a few months, and by the look of your marks, no college will except you.” The teachers says. “I don’t care. I like the lifestyle that I’m living, and if you have a problem, yours not mine.” Shawn tells the teacher. “Listen. Your parents call here daily asking how your doing and what not. Go and work things out with them. You’ve got a good head on your shoulders, you’ve made a few bad mistakes that have costed you a lot of things. Go, work things out with your parents.” The teacher tells Shawn. “My parents hate me.” Shawn says. “Work things out, go back home and live with them and I’ll pass you in my class, making you a graduate in a few months. Without a pass in my class, you can’t graduate.” The teacher tells Shawn. Shawn and the teacher shake hands. Shawn then leaves. Scene: 7 Setting: The Park Nicole keeps on seeing the vision of Taylor, and Taylor telling her how she is going to hell for killing her. Nicole screams and starts running for home again. Scene: 8 Setting: Maui Courthouse Judge Thomas, explains that the trail will only proceed if Nicole is present in the court. When he asks how long it will take for Nicole to recover from her “illness”. When he is told that it would be a few days, he surprises everyone when he announces that he will drop in to the penthouse to make sure that Nicole is really sick and that Danny isn’t just buying time. Judge Thomas then puts the trail on recess for three days for Nicole to recover. At the pay phone, Cassandra sees the group from the court leaving. She grabs Neil. She pulls off to the side of the building while everyone leaves. “Neil, why did you kiss Julie?” Cassandra asks. “I kissed her because I’m falling in love with her and I want to make her happy.” Neil replies. “Well Neil, I’m falling in love with you, as we speak and I love seeing you everyday, and I want you and me together.” Cassandra tells a stunned Neil. “Cassandra, listen…” Neil starts saying but then is interrupted by Cassandra, who pulls him into a kiss. Julie then learns from Ryan that Neil and Cassandra are on the side of the building. Neil backs out of the kiss right as Julie turns and sees the duo. Neil tells Cassandra that their conversation will have to wait, while he and Julie hold hands and walk back to the car. “This ones mine Julie.” Cassandra says to herself. Scene: 9 Setting: Ryan & Nicole’s Penthouse Nicole returns home to find it empty. “Oh my god! Ryan thinks I’m dead and now he off with Taylor.” Nicole tells herself. She goes up-stairs and packs a small suitcase full of clothes. Nicole starts crying as she takes her bags down stairs, she goes and looks above the fireplace, where a picture of her and Ryan is hanging. Nicole looks up and sees a picture of Ryan & Taylor getting married. “God! Ryan loves her not me. This is for the best.” A sobbing Nicole tells herself. Nicole then grabs her bags and leaves. Scene: 10 Setting: Damon Household Richard returns home to find Shawn waiting for him at the front door. “Shawn, what are you doing here?” Richard questions the teen. “We need to talk.” Shawn says. The men enter the house. Shawn and Richard then sit on the sofa. “Richard, I have to ask you a few things.” Shawn starts. “When you caught me having sex with that girl, I knew it was mistake. I wanted to get back at Sharon for dumping me. Please don’t tell her, and I can forget about it.” He continues. “Well, Sharon won’t find out. I can keep your secret but you should tell her that you were sleeping with other people.” “Richard, I will when the time is right. Now this next question might come as a shock. You know that my parents had kicked me out.” Shawn tells Richard “With good reason. You were lying, stealing and doing drugs.” Richard says showing no sympathy. “Well I was wondering if I could possibly move in with you, and your family, but if you say no, I completely understand. You know what never mind, forget I asked.” Shawn says. He then shakes Richard’s hand. Shawn then heads for the door, “Wait. I think we can work something out, if you need a place to live.” Richard says with a smile. Scene: 11 Setting: Calahoo Highway Nicole is walking down the highway, trying to get a lift to Dallton. “The only road out of Maui. I can settle down their and once I get on my feet, I can tell my family.” Nicole says to herself. Nicole notices a trucker coming her way. She lifts her thumb up. The trucker stops. “Excuse me, can you give me a lift to Dallton?” Nicole questions “Sure. Hope in.” The trucker says. Nicole enters the truck. The trucker then starts driving down to Dallton. Scene: 12 Setting: Block Mansion Julie has to go to Block Enterprise for a quick staff meeting, leaving Cassandra and Neil alone. “You know if you didn’t love me, you could have told me.” Cassandra says to Neil as she starts to cry. “I didn’t think that you were going to fall in love with me.” Neil says in defense. “Why were you flirting with me? Why were you hitting on me? How dumb can you be? You knew I was falling for you and you never did anything to stop it.” Cassandra scream at Neil. “I flirt with everyone. I was hitting on you because you were liking it. Just because you love me doesn’t mean that it’s all my fault. It takes two.” Neil yells back. “ When you hit on me, of coarse I liked it! Why wouldn’t I? What girl wouldn’t like it? And then you kissed her. God! All you men are all the same.” Cassandra screams at Neil. “All us men are all the same. How’s this for different?” Neil yells, before he pulls Cassandra into a passionate kiss.
