This poem was almost in Seventeen magazine in June 99 on there topic "Spirit". They told me I came in 2nd place, but didn't give me jack. Hmmm, cool to know anyways I guess.
Feel it in you
You can feel it if you really try
Can you feel it?
give it your might
In the morning when you're breathing cold air
At night before your bed time prayer
Watching the birds fly over head
Can you feel it?

Feel your spirit.
Feel it in you
Don't be afraid, you need it.
It's always there.
