1992 Suzuki Sierra and is a little diffrent than the way she left the factory.
Modifications include 1.6 litre Vitara engine, custom  ground camshaft, oversize valves in the head,2 inch Exhaust system,finer filter air filter fed by an Airtech snorkle, rebuilt gearbox, centreforce stage 1 clutch, "rockhopper" transfer case gears 12% lower than standard high range and 70%lower low range,  lengthened driveshafts front and rear, spring over conversion with 3 inch springs in the rear and 1 inch rear springs out front for a total lift of about 8 iinches.
The rims ar 15x8 steel units fitted with 32x11.5 inch BF Goodrich mud terrain tyres.
As of the 15th of april 2001     new tyres    mm swampers
Well now the plans are realy getting interesting ..
Having heard all the good things people had to say about the Canyon State Components YJ Wrangler spring shackle reversal ... I think I NEED one ;o)
I have also had enough of the tiny little axle bearings and poor little breaks designed to stop a 205/70 profile tyre/rim combo weighing about 7 or 8 kilos not a 33x12 swamper weighing 20 kilos .. so I think I will also be swapping to  4.88 or 5.13 geared full width Toyota hilux diff's a Vitara Auto and Transfer case (with the rockhopper/rockcrawler gears installed) and perhaps some power steering to steer them swampers ..  and some nice loooong RS 9000's to help damp some oth the massive wheel travel that will be avaliable ...
Well after having played hard in the Zuk .. I broke her gearbox .. again so I went out and spent all my modifiying money on a "Sensible 4wd" .. so these plans have taken a backburner for a while. 14/09/2001
