Language Arts: We are writing and reading more every day! We are learning about homonyms like to, two and too. We also are learning about word endings like -ed, -ing, and -s. We are experts on nouns and verbs and can match up plural forms. We are continuing to work on our phonics skills and are writing in our journals.
Math- We are learning about money.
Religion-We are talking about the Holy Eucharist.
Science-We started off the month with Groundhog's Day and did research online. It is very interesting to hear the real sounds a groundhog makes. We have done some fun experiments! Ask us about our lesson on teeth!
Social Studies-We are talking about George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. We have also discussed diversity in families and played Holiday Bingo.
