Being an artist isn't something you do but the very essence of your being. There is no hours.
It's within you twenty four hours of a day every days of your life. Like the saying : "It takes one
to understand one."
I'd love to compare the creative process with surfing. You're standing on the Beach, waiting
to catch the wave of inspiration, not knowing when one will come your way.  You must be ready
and know how to surf. Neither can you leave the Beach or stop looking at the Ocean.
Curiously I can stay several weeks without touching a pencil yet progress. As long as expand
as an individual, I'll get better. When my spiritual energy  is off and I'm no longer connected to
my Maker, my lines don't flow & I lose  the 'Vision'.
Art is a metaphore for Life. One feeds the other but most of all, this is an 'alien' energy with no
name or explanation, very similar to love. All of a sudden the tide's taking you on a journey. You
will try to fight it at first but you may drown in the process or you can trust what you feel and see
where it's taking you. What seems to be a desert, foreign Island  might turn to be the very land
you've been uncapable to find on your own.
