1. After the two hurricanes Katrina and Rita, the State of Louisiana used the sympathy for the affected people as leverage to get billions of dollars out of the federal government. However, just like a "banana republic" country which is given money to "feed its starving people", the money was never to reach the people it was intended to help. Essentially all of the federal money was stolen by Louisiana politicians using a variety of methods.
2. Louisiana began a campaign to get "everyone" to apply for its "Road Home Program". What the people did not know was that they were essentially being "whored out" to get money for Louisiana politicians that they would never see. Here is how it worked: Every time someone filled out an application to this "Road Home Program", the State of Louisiana collected $25,000.00 from the Federal government to "process the application". They collected this money even though the person who applied would never see a penny.
3. When a person had a "face to face" interview with someone from the Road Home Program, the State charged the Feds $1500.00 for the [five minute] interview.
4. The State started giving away billions of dollars to organizations who were never supposed to get anything at all. Remember, this program was supposed to be for the purpose of helping people whose homes were destroyed rebuild. Billions were given away, for example, to the local electric company because the company threatened to raise rates if it did not "get a piece of the pie".
5. From the beginning, the program continuously claimed it was "out of money" and needed more money from the Feds. The more it got, the more it stole, wasted or gave away to groups who were never supposed to get it. Then, the State went back to Washington and begged for more money.
6. The state web site says that the average award given to people
[who were lucky enough to get anything at all] was about $61,000.00.
However, the person must pay income tax on this money. So, after
paying 25% tax, they really got about $45,750.00. Now, remember,
the State collected $25,000.00 up front to "process the application" so
the state got more than half of what the poor sucker got who lost everything
he owned in the hurricane and flood caused by defective levees which were
built incorrectly in the first place and then never maintained properly.
If you have evidence that a politician or other official in Louisiana is guilty of corruption and you go to the State and report it you are given a subpoena to go before a state judge who then orders you never to talk about what you know. After this, if you say anything, you are sent to state prison for violating the judge's order. In this way, the Louisiana legal system totally protects corrupt officials from discovery and subsequent prosecution and terrorizes any honest person who learns the truth and attempts to do anything about political corruption.
"Pay to Play" means that anything you want in Louisiana is for sale
and has a price if you have enough money. Specifically, you can commit
any crime, no matter how serious, and never fear prosecution if you have
enough money to pay off the authorities. You can buy special privileges.
You can sell drugs with no chance of ever getting caught. You can
pay to have laws passed or repealed to protect your special interests.
In short, you can do anything you want as long as you do not run out of
money to pay the necessary bribes.
Successful politicians do not "magically appear" - they are carefully groomed and trained for years before being "inserted" into their position. Bobby Jindal is the property of former Louisiana governor Foster - the "biker" governor who hung out with motorcycle gangs. Foster financed and trained Jindal for years. Jindal is loaded but with no explanation of where his millions came from - that is where they came from - former governor Foster who owns Jindal.
Now, that we know that, lets look at the man himself. Jindal's family is from the country of India - specifically from the Punjab section. People in this section of India are usually either Sikh or Muslim [most likely Sikh] and the two groups fight with each other. Neither one believes that Jesus Christ was anything special and all this crap about Jindal being a Christian is just "psy ops" to make him electable. India uses a "caste" system. The highest caste, the Brahman Caste are the ruling class. Jindal is most likely a member of this caste. As such, he was trained from childhood that he is a superior being and that all beings of lower castes must look up to him and obey him. The system is identical to Hitler's "master race" of "blue eyed blondes" except that it was developed by a group of people with different genetic qualities. Therefore, it was predictable that Jindal refused to debate his "inferior" opponents and called them "clowns" because he believes that he is a "superior being" and, as such, does not need to even give the time of day to the "lower people". If he was in India, anyone who walked past him who was from a lower caste would have to remove their shoes as a sign that they were in the presence of a "superior" being.
Indians consider women to be something "less than human". Women who disobey men are killed. Normally, they are doused with kerosene and burned to death. This, of course, assumes that they even get to grow up at all. Most baby females are simply thrown in the river. The indian government had to make special rules for ultrasound providers forbidding them to disclose the sex because - if female - the baby would be killed immediately by abortion and never be born. No one wants women in India. They are a liability. If you have a girl, you must pay some man to take her off your hands [marry her]. If you are a poor family, this could bankrupt you. So, you kill the girl. Girls are advertised in Indian newspapers like cattle. A typical ad will say, "One homely girl [and then go on to say what they will pay you if you agree to take her]". "Homely" means that this girl will "stay at home" - that she will not try to run away or sleep around - if she does it is legal to kill her.
These values and behavior [called Samskars in India] have been genetically programmed into Indians for thousands of years. It is impossible for Bobby Jindal not to obey his genetic programming no matter what he says about his religion and no matter what clever speech writers give him to read so as to pretend to be "just one of us". He is not. He never was. He never can be. He is what he is - Indian, caste Brahman.
