| What I envision is a world class museum that will wow the pants off of all who see it. And I simply don't accept the rationale that it can't be done, or that it has never been done. One reason our forefathers came here is because they believed in the unlimited potential of America. Let's not disappoint them. This is a vision for the future, but we must begin right now. |

| The building we erect should have a certain Czech flair, and this can be done by copying the look that's in the pictures you see here. Our building doesn't need to be built of stone, but can be done with construction foam, which is more durable, and a lot cheaper and readily available. It can be molded into any form we want. Which ever architect we hire will be given a group of pictures to draw inspiration from. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Imagine a structure that resembles what you see here rising from the piney woods of central Louisiana. It will make all who see it stop and look. And why build the museum in Libuse, a small town just to the east of Alexandria, Louisiana? Because it is the heart of Czech Louisiana. Czechs and Slovaks are scattered all across the state, and this point is equidistant from them all. Libuse is a town named after the legendary Czech Queen who looked at a small settlement on the banks of the Vltava River and said, "let there rise a great city here." And it happened. I see Highway 28 East and say "let there rise a grand museum here." Let's do it! Even if it takes five or ten years. |

| Here are two Beaux Art structures, so popular in the Czech Republic. |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| We'll need a building of no less than 10,000 square feet, and more likely 20,000 square feet, but doubtfully larger. It must be built to withstand the most horrendous weather Louisiana can throw at it, and such buildings exist. Then, in a slight of hand, the hard-foam facade can be bolted onto our solid like a rock structure. It can be done. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| A building such as I envision can be built for under $200,000 or less. I have monitored construction all around this state and I've seen it done for this. This doesn't include the interior spaces, about which more on the following pages. But whomever drives past this building will notice it. The press will cover its erection like you wouldn't believe. It will be unique in all Louisiana and will warrant attention. And it'll be a structure we can be proud of, one that will fit our needs to day, and we can grow into it tomorrow. |
