Here are some pictures of our apartment. Please bear in mind that we only just moved here and we're really just setting up home. Most of my stuff is still in transit from the UK and, well, we just like to live simply. We're practically Amish! |

This is our bedroom....... hence the bed. Can you believe you can't buy duvets in the United States??!! Having said that it's 90 odd degrees at the moment so who needs a blasted duvet!! |

And my nik naks finally arrived from Britain!! I admit they look a bit weird away from their familiar surroundings, but I'm prepared to get used to it............. because there's no way I'm ever shipping them back. The Pickfords man asked me where Cardiff was, and then where Wales was, and he still looked a bit vague when I said Britain. It's a worry....... |
