This one was about the painting that came alive and how it wanted to take that lady's child. I also recall that there was a sewer that had a lot of ooze. This ooze caused a lot of trouble and brought about the ghosts to terrorize the city of New York. Then I remember that there was a moving Statue of Liberty and how they smashed the roof of the muuseum where the picture was located. It was quiet exciting. This movie featured many new things that was not there in the first movie. One is the slime gun shooter thingy. Another was that there were stuff added to the car. I think it was called Ecto1, but I cannot be certain. But I remembered that it was a good movie so I will give it 3 go's. I think I only watched twice and it wasn't back to back.
