The General's Daughter (1999)

Submitted by: Louise and Bob
Starring: John Travolta, James Cromwell, James Woods, Madeleine Stowe, Timothy Hutton
Directed by: Simon West, Peter Menzies Jr.
Genre: Drama, Comedy

The general's daughter was raped and killed and secrets were uncovered during the investigation. The plot was meant to be complex so the viewers won't suspect the killer until the ending. Well, they succeeded with making the film complicated but kinda made the movie...well, crappier. Anyway, overall the movie was viewable but don't expect "The Usual Suspect" or "Seven." Not even close. Anyway, was the relationship between the investigators necessary? This gets 2 go's for being over-complex.
