What if Buddha/guy above has only one plan for each of us? If so, what would happen if we did not follow his/her plan? Alex Browning (Devon Sawa) is a student going on a school trip to France. While preparing for liftoff he dreams that the plane crashes. Awaking in a screaming fit, he and several other students and faculty are thrown off the plane. The plane proceeds to crash. Yes, Alex dodged Death, but Death has a list and Alex's name was never crossed off. A month later, a few of the classmates and the faculty are killed in random, nearly impossible mishaps. Random circumstances such as a bus running one of the survivors over as they walk across the street. Well at least she was a survivor. Or a boy tripping in the shower and is accidentally strangled by an errant clothesline. Realizing they haven't completely escaped Death's watch, Alex and his classmates must fight impossible circumstances to evade Death. Pretty entertaining and kind of funny. I sort of believe that destiny stuff. Unfortunately, every time I'm on a plane I'll be straining to feel for that weird sensation that the plane will crash. The movie receives 3 � Go's   | |
