The story revolved around the uncertainty of the world above the submarine Alabama. The sub was ordered to fire its nuclear missiles. However, they were unable to fire because another set of instructions were incomplete because of a communications error. Thus the crew of the Alabama was in limbo. Many exciting events brings about a exciting climax. This was one of the better submarine movies and could be ranked with the likes of The Hunt for the Red Ocotober. I give it four go's because it was a cool movie and the dog was kinda cute too! (he's in the movie)
