While critics raved about this movie, Louise and Bob were disturbed with the exposure of nude girls. We found the exposure of the female body unnecessary and seem like a ploy to win some kind of an award (note: see Shakespeare in Love). One highlight of this movie is the performance of Kevin Spacey. He is phenomenal and his performance was definitely worth watching. One question for the main actor though, what was going through his mind when he was close to the girl? was he nauseated? It's hard to talk much about the movie without giving away the plot...which is part of the charm of this movie. Anyway, all we will tell you is that this is the tale of freakiness going on in the suburbs and no, this should not be the example of your household. This gets 3 go's for Kevin Spacey.  | |
