This picture is taken from the south edge of the McDonalds/Mobil installation.  The trees are about 75 yards away.  At this point I was standing about 30 feet from the parking area.  I measured 2.5 footcandles with the meter held vertically at about 5 feet high.  Most lighting ordinances require .5 footcandles or less at the property line.  Because there is no light control with the acorn fixtures and the non-recessed lighting under the Mobil canopy, the spill light is 5 times recommended levels.
