The water flows through a series of channels, each one lined with rocks to
increase the turbulence. The overall effect is quite pleasant.

The garden paths follow the edge of the lake. The bonsai garden and Japanese
musuem can be found at the center, reached by a graceful stone bridge.

Japanese memorials such as this one can be found along the garden paths. Look
closely to the right of the memorial and you'll be able to see its solitary
guardian.
