Butterfly World

28 October was a fairly overcast day - not at all the kind of day to be taking a whole lot of pictures underneath a screen! Nonetheless, that's exactly the kind of atmosphere I had for Butterfly World, an insect-lovers paradise in Deerfield Beach. Butterfly World also features parrots, humming birds (oh yeah, these are easy to catch on film ... NOT!), and some Japanese fish. Herewith, a short sample.

Watching the butterfly feed
If you hold still, butterflies will completely ignore you.
They're easy to photograph that way!
