The theme combines Human Resource Management and pure Economics knowledge. The doctorate was funded through two scholarships: (a) by the State Scholarship Foundation and (b) by "Irakleitos", a scholarship programme for doctoral candidates of the Greek Ministry of Education in collaboration with the European Commission |

| December 2001- now: | Athens University of Economics and Business: Research Assistant at the Laboratory of Human Resource Management, under the direction of Professor Nancy Papalexandris. In this position she assisted in the research carried out in the field of International Human Resource Management (The Cranet Network) and in the field of leadership style and organisational culture (GLOBE Network) . Was also responsible for managing the Administration of the MSc in Human Resource Management, for the first and second year it was run, therefore supervising 2 administrative employees. Was member and head of the organising committee of the 2nd and 3rd International Conferences "Human Resource Management in Europe: Trends and Challenges", in October 2002 and May 2005 Builted and manages the site of the MSc in Human Resource Management |
