I present before you a thesis on an operation
concept for a course of action; it is an idea for a Global
Resource Management System GRMS. My thesis on this system concept
demonstrates how the GRMS links the governments of the world using an international
constitution to link participation in a process and a plan for a
functional world order that has a purpose beyond immediate gains and an intent
more important than temporary survival. The GRMS concept provides a course of
action to resolve our primary needs; Needs mankind has yet been able to obtain.
Specifically this is an operation process for developing
tolerance and understanding of knowledge for realizing our purpose and intent
for being; this is the fundamental objective and the basis for the
discussion in this thesis. The balance of power in world affairs is a byproduct
of the function of the GRMS.
The means to accomplish the understanding of
the purpose and intent for our being are as follows:
I have provided comment on what I feel is
needed to set the stage for a course of action to form a Global Resource
Management System (GRMS). The GRMS is the product developing this course of
action and operation objective. I call the process that propagates this course
of action�s operation objective WISDOM QUEST.
I hope you find my concept useful in
determining your course of action for meeting the needs of the world's people
along with those you govern.
The plan requires forming another
Constitution to address the operation of the GRMS. The system process requires
gathering the wisdom and will of all the people of the world to meet the needs
of our societies as the needs relate to all of us as inhabitants of the world
community. A Constitution must be made with the
governments of the world�s people so the people can have access to their
hearts and minds for solving the problems of our time.
We need an International Constitution
that can weld the Will of humankind using their wisdom with the bonds of
guidance and protection. The
bonds must assist the world to recognize its purpose. We need these bonds to
provide the means by which equality and equity will be made available to the
entire world. Wisdom will grow within the Global Resource Management System
bonds of guidance and protection, when efforts are made to meet the needs of
this world mission for the wisdom we need to evolve to a higher level of
existence. Examples of the types of guidance and protection needed to discover
the wisdom necessary to develop our minds to recognize our purpose and intent
follow:
We need guidance to provide knowledge and
understanding of our common purpose and individual intent. Guidance developed
from the assimilation of world opinion based on expert advice:
We need protection to ensure the balance
of right to seek common ground in pursuit of our purpose. Protected by the union
of federated governments in support of a common goal and purpose to ensure the
rights of the people of the world as determined by the will of the people they
serve:
The way to this wisdom is through the
hearts of mankind. The way needs to be put in motion. The way is in the
discovery of our common purpose for Being. The way needs to be fulfilled by the
people serving an international government alliance. We must discover the way as
people of the world. We need to form a union of our minds for the discovery of
the wisdom necessary to fulfill the world mission. Our will is the way to the
wisdom.
The argument of this thesis will support
the notion that the answer to world order and prosperity is in our grasp of this
concept as individuals. This thesis statement expresses a notion of the
individual�s will. They need to be free to choose as participants and voters
with the opportunity to express their will as decision-makers in authoring and
executing the plan for developing the decisions for the course of action of the
world on every level of government and in every social context.
People must be provided the opportunity to
express their opinion in every system decision process. This allows the mind of
the people to function as the wisdom of the world, solving the problems we face.
This notion is statistically sound based on any scrutiny of analytical analysis.
Here is an outline of the operation aspect
of the GRMS system process:
This process of decision-making provides for
the formulation and dissemination of decision issues and answers; it develops
consensus and concurrence of the issues by providing the public with a
systematic process for resolving the world�s problems through the direct
implementation of their will.
This thesis is an expression of an idea for
ways and means of making the world a community of neighbors of global goodwill.
Wisdom is needed to formulate our desires as selfless people of the world. Our
desire must contain the qualifying aspects of the Wisdom Quest Concept that
follow:
The purpose of this thesis is to make
your brain aware of what your mind already knows it needs: We need to understand
and express in everything we do that we are of one Source (God). With this
understanding we will learn to know and understand the wisdom needed to resolve
the forces of emotion that hold the world hostage and terrorize our senses.
The world has almost fulfilled its purpose
for being. We must fulfill ours. We are a generation of survivors living the
evolution of our nature. We set the course for further degradation or
improvement of our habitat here on this earth by our actions. This world, home
to the entire world�s people, needs to be managed by the people. They must be
provided this right of democracy. They need to be let to develop the tools to
forge a government built and ran by the people. We have a role to play. We need
to know and understand we are not fixtures of the landscape of the world to be
cast to the winds. We need a plan to use the wisdom we discover as we grow our
minds amidst the guidance and protection of an international constitution.
I think we are meant to accomplish more,
more than living and dying without an expressed purpose, common to all humanity.
I say we can resolve to find the answers that provide our heirs a future in this
world without the selfish motives of our days. We can also fail in the attempt.
I am afraid; we are on the road of failure. We do not have a plan and a process
to see us into the future as a whole world.
The goals of the plan and the process of
my thesis need the unification of the world's people. The goal for meeting our
purpose follows the goal for unification, peace, and prosperity. All these goals
require the following:
Our greed and our want to control others
fuel the desire for wealth and power. We have let our greed and want drive us to
the edge. I am not saying that we are a terrible people (humanity). I am saying
that we are a reckless people that do not have the will to seek out our purpose
and intent as individuals, as a society, as a government, or as a world. We need
to search for and discover the purpose for our Being and the intent of the
actions of our Source.
We are such a miniscule part of the whole
of Being. We are the manifestation of the nature of our existence that has some
Source. We are dependent on the parameters of our Source, which is the product
of our thoughts. Some call that Source, God. This Source is responsible for our
Being. We need to understand our responsibility to seek the knowledge of our
Being beyond the physical realm.
We must have some obligation to our
Source if we feel our Source is worth our respect. We must be accountable for
whatever it is we are supposed to be doing if our Source has a purpose for our
being and intent for our actions. We have come into being for some reason. What
ever that might be. If it has to do with finding our purpose we have failed
miserably so far. We need to define the means for discovering our purpose and
the purpose and intent of our Source.
We do not have a plan, process, or even
intent to do what it takes to know and understand our purpose. Our minds are
full of selfish thoughts. This condition does not allow us to know and
understand unselfish thoughts that would lead to the answers of our purpose. We
have plans for our lives but not beyond death. Our minds have existence beyond
death if the Source is consistent. We have plans and processes for reaching the
moon and the stars; but not to understand our mind. We need a plan for
discovering our purpose and the purpose of our Source. We need answers to grow
our brains to meet the needs of our mind to evolve our understanding of our
purpose for being.
We do not have a clue as to what the
meaning of our purpose is. Religions say it is to please God. If it is to please
the Source one has to wonder what we are doing to accomplish that end. Here are
some examples of the business as usual attitude that fuel greed, unhealthy
competition, and our lack of resolve:
Our Source isn�t beyond the realm of our
mind. The premise of my notion is:
This is my hypothesis for answering the
questions that will formulate the answer to the questions we face in discovering
the information about the Source that is embedded in the mind's wisdom. The
answers are in the will and understanding of the people. The people of the
world need to be liberated so they can show the way through their opinion,
formed from the teachings of the opinions of world authorities on every issue.
I have a concept for a plan and a process to
seek out and discover our actual purpose. Using our brain in the discovery of
the Wisdom for deriving intent, vision, and goal for our being as a living part
of the Source. My concept entails a change in attitude and a concerted effort to
grow the understanding of our minds to fit our brain capacity. The plan is for
us to use the wisdom quest process to train the brain to recognize the civil
capacity and the requirement of its function. Recognition of the mind�s role
is required to deal effectively with solving the short fall of our brain�s
lack of understanding of its purpose. We have to correct the following short
falls in the understanding of mind / brain relationship:
When mankind�s brain is trained to use
these condition elements of the mind to understand we will be able to use the
Wisdom Quest Process to derive their decisions, we will overcome the odds of
communication failure due to mistrust, suspicion, and fear. By factoring all
thought into this process equation for peace and prosperity, it minimizes the
adverse reactions of the emotions that block our civil judgement.
My plan and process use the Wisdom Process
concepts to fulfill the objective of the plan, to realize our best civil purpose
as the intent of our Source (God). The plan entails essentially asking the
Source as a whole people to balance the positive and negative forces of our
nature for our greater good; to find out to what end do we toil on this earth.
Everyone wants to know it but no one listens for the answer. We need to utilize
our mind to identify our purpose for balancing our nature at every level.
The ordered matrix will allow the knowledge
of the mind to be delivered to the brain in the most efficient, effective, and
synergistic manner.
The process of wisdom discovery is pursued
by using the definition of intent as being the power of the will to execute our
thoughts, the associated words and actions in fulfillment of objectives. And we
define the purpose as being the reason for the execution of our will.
With this understanding, we need to go about shedding light on the purpose of
our lives. Our intent is to deal with our purpose by tapping the mind for its
wisdom, rather than the brain for its selfish intent. Questioning the truth of
the intent and purpose of the objective evokes the mind's wisdom.
When the plan and the process are in place,
we will begin to realize the understanding of the purpose of our Being. We need
to take action and discover the capacity of mankind to unify its mind for the
greater civil good of humanity.
First, we need a plan for THE
INTERNATIONAL CONSTITUTION to bring the world societies under the control of
the people of the world. The rule of the world has been left to chance. It must
be brought under control to facilitate the goal of a liberated people. We need
to get started on this challenge. The first step in this process, to fulfill the
need of the challenge, is to implement a plan for global solidarity by forming a
structure to govern the international arena:
The governments of the world must form a
federated system of strategic alliance using the powers of the United Nations
(UN). This federation of governments will effectively be the international
government of the globe. The mission of this partnership is to evolve the Wisdom
Quest Process through the operation of its function.
The following are elements to be incorporated
into the International Constitution of The United Nations Federation of Global
Government:
After the forming of the protective structure
of the system for the wisdom quest process, we can proceed to implement the
mechanisms of infrastructure that will facilitate the process. It will then
allow the people of the world to exert their will in the forging of our purpose.
We need the Wisdom Quest Process to evolve the will of all the people. It will
derive the elements of wisdom to meet the challenge of our common intent,
vision, and goal.
Our purpose is to evolve the intent, the
vision, and the goal of the world to a higher level of understanding of our
objective � To search for knowledge and understanding of the plan, the Source
(God) has for us. If we are to do what we need to, we need to implement a
planning process for that purpose, with the intent to fulfill that objective.
This process will derive a new will within our humanity to seek new heights of
consciousness within a life of peace and prosperity. I have given you a way. You
must manage the task of setting this way in motion. You must act now and give
the command to go forward; forward along the way described; Forward in a
positive manner so we can begin to derive the wisdom of the world�s people.
Wisdom must be put in place for all to see, use, feel, and enjoy every day of
our life, here on this earth. Wisdom is the gift of the Source. When we ask the
mind (spirit) in behalf of mankind, for wisdom, we will receive the wisdom we
need. We need a unified understanding of our being.
To Christians the story of the death of Jesus
shows the liberation of the soul and the power beyond the shroud of death. As
Christ demonstrates the idea of existence beyond the thought of the grave and
death experience is the thought world of continuum (universe of the mind). Other
religions and every person realize we are part of something beyond our immediate
comprehension. Given that one commonality, let me explain a notion that will
shed light on the idea of our common Source.
The thought that creates us, the thought that
destroys us, and the thought that rebuilds us is the thought of our God source.
We are the tools of the thought of creation, we are one thought dispersed to
seek pleasure from the understanding of the one self thought source (God). The
one self-thought is creation. We are the manifestation of the many thoughts that
creation has evolved. Therefore being the thoughts of the creator, we are the
indeed one. We are creation. Creation is the creator's thoughts. We will our
being by our thought. We judge our actions by our thought. We are responsible
for the outcome of creation by our thought.
Religions agree that our source God(s) powers
us. Each religion claims they are right and others are wrong. Religions isolate
their believers and focus on their brand of right as the correct model of
behavior. In reality there is no right or wrong behavior, there is only the
balance of positive and negative forces. The balance of the cause and effect of
our thoughts is our behavior. Our behavior is the reflection of the central
nature of our existence. We are the tools of our thought. Our thought controls
our life, our being, and our existence. We are the products of our thought. Our
gods are the products of our thought. Thought is our creator. The senses of
thought are what we experience. We are manifested thought.
There is only one God, the God of our
thought. Thought is common to all therefore God is common to all. Understanding
this is the product of thought. If we fail to understand we fail to know who we
are. We are but the thoughts of God. The source God is our thought father.
When we pray, we will our thoughts. We plan
our destiny in the mix of future thought. We commit to the course of action we
desire. Our desire fuels the will of future thought. When we pray we are wishing
our thought to alter the cause and effect of our unbalanced will and selfish
desires of other thoughts.
Pleasure is a feeling effect derived from a
behavior response, which interprets emotional encounters of desire, based on the
quality of the will. Pleasure is a sense of the mind. Pleasure is of nature
which mankind is part. The intent and purpose of life is formulated by the
equation of pleasure. It is what you desire in your thought that will provide
for you the most joy or satisfaction. Our wanting and craving is the fabrication
of the brain that has limited capacity to comprehend even its own fate. We must
use the mind we have access to for comprehending our need to understand the
requirement for balance. The balance lies between selfish and selfless pleasure.
What is your pleasure, for all to be happy or for you alone to be happy? Balance
of our desire is the key in understanding the needs of others. This balance of
our desires will allow the way of unifying the world and realizing a world order
that can manage the needs of all in a setting that provides wellbeing and
happiness for the people of the world. Those of us who believe in a creator
agree the pleasure of God is for all to be happy and pleased, so therefore; all
must tolerate and balance their wanting desires, and pleasures to meet this
requirement for all, even those who do not see the Source as a God.
This compellation of ways and means for the
justification of a Global Resource Management System (GRMS) is a message to
sound the alarm that we as a world must get on target. We must right the wrongs
of the past and strike out in a direction that will fill the voids of apathy
that have brought us to this point. Our will is our way. We can march down the
well wore trail of civilization failures; or seize the moment to champion a
cause to save the world from the heart ache and disillusion that the many lost
causes of past humanity has pursued by traveling the well wore trail of revenge.
