2 lobsters (steamed) 1 pound crab meat 1\3
cup mayonnaise 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon
Old Bay seasoning 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1
egg 1/2
bell pepper 1 pimento
Split the lobsters
lengthwise and remove the contents of the carapace and separate the tail. Place
the carapace on a baking
tray open side up. Finely dice and saut the bell pepper and pimento in butter
until translucent and allow to cool. Mix this with the crab meat and
the remainder of ingredients. Divide this mixture into four equal
portions and fill each carapace half. Bake in a 350
degree oven for 25 minutes. Place on the plate with the tail adjoined
and garnish with parsley. Serve with
clarified butter and a lemon wedge. This is a great combination of two
all time favorite seafood recipes and quite economical for a dinner for
four.
