Breeding beautiful Persian Kittens for you.
We are a small cageless registered CCA/CFA Cattery located in downtown Toronto. We produce Show Quality kittens for you to show,
as well as Breeders, and occasional Pets.
We own 6 breeding cats, and have been breeding Persians for 24 years.
I am working with some, very sound, older pedigrees and will soon introduce an outcross, the first in 12 years, to keep my beautiful 'open, sweet-eyed' expression.
We have top quality cats from Master International Quad Grand Champion lines. If you bought a show quality kitten from us, we encourage you to show your kitten if you wish. We do keep up with the latest through our Associations, and thier Year Books and Annuals, and carefully conform to the breed standard set out by the CFA and CCA, and watch the yearly televised Cat Shows at Madison Square Gardens in New York. My goal is to produce healthy persians with incredible sweet personlities, large eyes, with tiny noses that are free of breething/nasal/pharangeal and heavy tearing problems.
We do not re-home our adults. We provide a forever home for our cats, as they are our family pets. They are neutered at the age of 6, and spend thier remaining years here with us. We feel this is the least we can do for all the beautiful kittens they have given us. For that reason we stay small in numbers, to prevent over crowding and to provide the attention and care they deserve. When God calls one, we then keep one of our kittens for ouselves.
We are in Animal Health as well as Human Medicine occupations, so you can bet our cats are kept in top health. We have no health issues here, and rarely purchase an outside cat. We're a DNA- PKD Tested [N-N] Cattery, Felv/FIP/FIV Negative and 100% ringworm free. We have no parasites of any kind. We do DNA testing for all known Persian Genetic Defects, and give you a 2 year guarantee against the same. We have the certificates from our testing to show you, if you are purchasing breeding/show cats from us. We produce heavy, healthy breeding/show stock.
We know the personalities of each of our kittens and we carefully choose the right family for each of them. This way we can assure that your kitten will be the best friend you�ve been dreaming of. Pet owners may be asked for references, especially if you present as a companion owner, when in fact you are a Back Yard Breeder, & homework on the Persian breed must be done before I will sell.
What is a backyard breeder?
Pet Shop & Backyard Breeder (BYB) VERSUS Reputable Breeder:
They have no intention of improving the breed, nor care what happens to the animal once it leaves their hands. Letting kittens leave BEFORE 10 - 12 weeks of age is not proper as the Persian developes slower than domestic kittens and is simply not mature enough to leave the mother untill after the 12th week. But the BYB saves money that way. They profit by cutting corners, often not giving vaccinations. No testing is done to weed out negative diseases. By NOT having Quality breeding stock, showing, socializing, providing proper diet, grooming, health care, and the list goes on........
Our cattery is truly a passion of the heart, and we love raising baby kittens so much. They are so adorable and so much fun. We want to give you the best kitten for your family. It is always a pleasure to speak with fellow cat lovers and we remain available to answer all your questions or concerns when your little one is home with you. We have made so many wonderful friends through our kitten sales and have had many a returning customer.
To me there is nothing more beautiful than a top quality Purebred Persian, lounging on your Couch or Sofa. They are soooo gorgeous with thier long flowing coats and precious baby-like faces. We are so lucky to be owed by a few of these elegant Felines.
