This is to ensure a wish doesn't get granted twice, and also lets angelin44 know who to give hobbitrings for wish granting.
If you are interested in becoming a WISH FAERIE, neomail angelin44. A wish faerie is a job. You will receive the rank of Wizard and two hobbitrings. This job requires np, because you must grant no less than 1 wish every two weeks.
