Remember, you can't sell items in your shop for over 100,000 NP, so if an item is worth over 100,000 NP, try the trading post.
2: TRADING POST. Visit the trading post. If you bid on an item, be sure to check the price in the shopwizard first. Same thing if someone makes an offer on one of your trades. Check the value of their offer and decide if it is a good trade.
3: PLAY GAMES. Visit the guild games page to find out how much you can earn from games in Neopia. This is a great way to get NP.
4: CREATE A SAVINGS ACCOUNT. Go to the BANK. When you finish at Neopets, put at least half of your earnings in the bank. Once you have at least 15,000 NP, you can earn intrest.
5: ALWAYS TAKE OUT YOUR INTEREST at the Bank everyday!! It may not seem like much, but believe me, it adds up. Click the collect interest button to collect your interest. But do not withdraw or deposit anything before collecting that days interest, or it will not let you collect.
6: STOCK MARKET. It is a little risky if you go for the stocks that are higher priced. Your best bet is to click on the Bargains. Choose one of the lowest priced stocks (6np) and get 1000 shares (it is the most you can buy a day). Buy a 6np stock daily. Then check your stocks daily. Then when the stocks at least double(it may take a few days, but it will eventually happen), you can sell them.
7: MAKE USE OF THE FREE THINGS. Coltzan's Shrine and the Giant Omelette are basically gifts from neopets. Take them. Be grateful. But do not take advantage of them. Creating multiple accounts to get free items is a major NO & could get all your accounts frozen.
8: SNOWAGER AND SCRATCHCARD KIOSK. Both located in the ICE CAVES. If you can catch the snowager asleep, you have a chance ot get a rare item. Current sleeping times are: 1-2 a.m., 10-11 a.m., 1-2 p.m., 10-11 p.m. NST. Then buy a scratchcard at the kiosk. It will cost you 750 NP. Then you have two choices. One, you can scratch it. You'll have a CHANCE to win lots of NP, but if you scratch the wrong ones, you just lose the 750 NP. Two, you can sell it in your shop. Even the lowest value card is worth about 850 in the shopwizard.
9: DON'T WORRY WITH EXPENSIVE ITEMS such as paint brushes, etc. when you are first starting out. It is natural to want them, but be patient. Jacko the Painter will visit you soon enough, and if you save enough, you can buy any paintbrush or rare item you want.
10: SIGN UP WITH OFFERS thru Neopets. Neopets is free because of the companies that advertise with them. Sign up with any you can. Neopets usually rewards it with neopoints or items.
11: ADVENT CALENDAR. Can only be used during December, but you get free items or neopoints every day.
12: VISIT THE WHEELS of Mediocrity and Excitement as much as possible. (Some people prefer just the Wheel of Excitement) You can spin each every 60 minutes.
13: WISELY CHOOSE QUESTS. Do only ones that aren't going to cost you more than they are worth. Here's what the different faeries give you:
Air Faerie = Ups your pets speed
Light Faerie = Ups your pets level
Fire Faerie = Ups your pets strength
Water Faerie = Ups your pets defense
Earth Faerie = Makes your pet fill up with food (not all that worthwhile)
Faerie Queen = Ups everything
14: PLAY GRUNDO'S GYM Everyday. The more you play, the more np you will get.
15: DON'T GET SCAMMED. Don't give out your password. Don't even say your password. You know what, if it isn't www.neopets.com, forget your password.
