The Ringwraiths
The Ringwraiths, also known as the Nazgul, are the Men who received their rings (Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die), disguised as Riders in Black. They are *attracted* by the One Ring and seeks the Ringbearer. Their swords are lethal Morgul Blades (remember Frodo gasping in pain??). Whoever that gets stabbed by one of these blades pass into the Shadow World and soon become a Wraith like the Nazgul. They are loyal servants of the Dark Lord Sauron. If one wears the Ring, he/she can see through their cloaks. The Fellowship of Nine was made to defeat the Nine Ringwraiths, but that got screwed thanks to Gandalf who fell into Shadow and to Boromir who died...

"Do you know how Orcs came into being? They were Elves once, taken by the Dark Powers, tortured and mutilated, a ruined and terrible flaw of life." -Saruman
Orcs are creatures that were once Elves, but were corrupted by the Dark Lord Sauron. They can't travel in daylight easily, and can not cover large distances in a short time. They tend to move in large groups, and work in Isengard making armor and weapons for Uruk-Hai and raising them from mud pits.

Uruk-Hai
"... and now, perfected: my fighting Uruk-Hai... Whom do you serve?" -Saruman "Saruman!!" -the Uruk-Hai
The Uruk-Hai are a cross between Orcs and Goblin-Men. Unlike Orcs, they can travel in daylight easily and can cover more distances in a short time. The Uruk-Hai are also stronger and fiercer. ("You do not know fear, you do not know pain!" -Saruman) On their faces there are White Hands, a symbol that Saruman created them.
