This was written to me by my friend, Bugs, in answer to my blast question:

"Peace of mind" is the first thing that occurs to me. Peace is a vital factor in day to day's life. One finds peace within one own self by deeds of goodwill that pleases oneself. Also one can obtain peace (if not available!) by going for a solitary walk, or gazing at stars or admiring all the niceties that Mother Nature has to offer.

Peace means "a lot" to everyone. Blessed are those who are at peace :-)
