Dear Friends,

It's been quite some time since I last wrote.  Well, things have just been too hectic at work.

Anyway, since things have slowed down a fraction, my family and I are heading up to Malacca, Malaysia, to visit my grandmother and my cousin who just gave birth.  For those who do not know, Malacca is one of the most historic places in Malaysia; in fact it was one of the strategic ports in its time.  This site, http://planet.time.net.my/CentralMarket/melaka101/, is quite comprehensive in covering the history and current tourist attractions.

It is also my favourite place in Malaysia - because of its rich heritage and culture. Anyway, will try to write more if I have time.
