Hmm, makes a good title anyway for my "adventure" when I think about it. Maybe I should get my students to calculate the probability of getting hit from exactly a month apart. Last Wednesday evening, I was on my way home from work and stopped at a traffic light. The lights just turned green and again, I was about to move off when someone hit my bumper.

Well, I guess God was merciful in that only my bumper and rear sensors are affected and not me, unlike in the previous accident. Furthermore, the guy, a Mr Teo, is very nice and understanding. With his help, all the insurance claims are being rapidly settled and I can proceed to repair my car. So, I am very thankful for that.

Anyway, it's still a funny coincidence and if I were to calculate the probability of having an accident one month apart, it would have been very small. Still, such is God's will. We plan but He is the ultimate planner.
