This is Mr. Winkle, a most unusual canine that has sparked my fascination...maybe it's because he was found sick and raggedy near some railroad tracks and is a wide-known celebrity now, or maybe it's because he looks like my long-time childhood obsession, Snuggles, from the commercials. You tell me. His mutt-mixture is hard to decipher so the big thing about Mr. Winkle is the mystery of what he is.
