chance

I saw a couple walking down the hall. each had a hand in the others back pocket. They were arguing, yet they were smiling. I began to listen to them....
          "Did you know you have the best name in the world?" he asked.
          "No I dont, you have the best nme in the world."
          "No, you do."
          "No, you do." she smiled.
          "Okay, okay, you have the best name in the world and mine is second best. How's that?"
          "Oh okay."
They kissed and continued walking. Most likely, that couple will break up and never see each other again. But, there is a slight chance they will graduate and get married. There is a slight chance they will have kids together. There is a slight chance they will go throuh problems and come out with a smile and a kisss.
There is a slight chance they will grow old together. There is a slight chance they will be fifty-five years old, walking down that same hall, each with a hand in the others back pocket, and they will start to argue about who has the better name. There is always that slight chance.
