Interesting Downloads

(or at least they were, back in the day)

There was once a time when my CD drive wasn't working, and so I couldn't play any games off of a CD. This time lasted TWO FULL YEARS. So, to pass the time, I began downloading small games off of the internet. I began to realise that while most of these games were absolute rubbish, others were actually quite enjoyable. I showed some of them to friends, whose attitudes changed from dubious scepticism to frenzied addiction overnight (at least they did in one case). This experience sparked a great flow of emotions - particularly anger. Why were these genuinely good, free games so hard to find? This is unfair, both to the game maker and gamer! And so, I created this page, with the intention of bringing quality free games to YOU, the gamer.

At first, the games I downloaded were small and simple, due to my snail's-pace dial-up internet connection. But, with the discovery of a nice little program known as GetRight, I was able to acquire larger and larger games. I hope that you too will discover this nice little program called GetRight if you have trouble downloading some of the larger files.

I wish they would pay me for that little bit of advertising.

Lastly, I would appreciate if you would CONTACT ME if you feel that I have something missing from my list. I feel that it is of teh utmost importance that this page be a highly comprehensive list of good, free game downloads.
