2002: The long time veteran of the Exterminator made his way over to Lost Kennywood for 2002. Coming into the year that number one question asked about Matthews was what be the higher number for the summer. Number of hours worked? or Number of Wings consumed? This will be determined at years end. 2001: Assistant Manager of the Exterminator during the 2001 season, He and former Lost Kennywood Alumni Sara Hurd led the Exterminator to a successful season. The wing eatin Matthews looked forward to his 12:30 Sierra Mist and Cookie on a daily basis as he put in long hours week after week 2000: Matthews became Assistant Manager midway through the 2000 season. The change in responsibility didn't phase Matthews but the paycheck did. With the increase in pay, Matthews was now able to eat more food than ever before. 1999: A new ride, a new crew, Jon Matthews started his Kennywood career as a member of the original Exterminator crew. Other: A member of Groove Phi Groove at Penn St. Jon recently attended there national convention in Baltimore Maryland. Jon can be found on many Tuesday nights at Quaker Steak N Lube his favorite spot for wings, just don't order him "The Madness" or this will be one upset wing eater. Matthews is also an avid watcher of PTI and enjoys funny sports sayings like "Give me the damn gumball" |
