They had gone together from about 1950-1954 before they came to Los Angeles, California where I was born on 12/13/54 and given up for adoption. They had both been married and divorced before. My brother was born about 2 years before I was born. My bfather had been in the Navy and my bmom' s father worked in a steel plant. My adoptive name was Nancy Gay Core. |

Had one son (1/2 brother) from that marriage. Her father owned a car agency in Kearney, NE and her mother graduated from college and was a teacher. Birthmother is from an English, Dutch, French, German descent and was of the Methodist Faith. Only information on birthfather is that he was 26 years old, had 2 years of college, was an office manager, and possibly of the Methodist or Presbyterian faith. |

| Sibling [email protected] PENELOPE ANNE NOBEN called "PENNY" 12-12-1949, born in La Crosse, Wisconsin MONARD WILLIAM NOBEN called "MONTY" 06-21-1951, born in La Crosse, Wisconsin Debbie (not sure of spelling) don't know middle name NOBEN , approx 1952 or 1953, born in Ogallala, Nebraska birth name of mother: FLORENCE K BURROWS birth name of father: MONARD W NOBEN I keep on searching for my brother and sister, to no avail. There were six children altogether. Our birth mother, Florence Burrows Noben Lamm and our birth father Monard Noben gave the younger three up for adoption, I believe in the summer of 1954. We were adopted out of Ogallala, Nebraska, I think through the welfare department and the head of that department, at that time, was Marie Affleck, who is deceased. Rumor has it that Monty and Debbie were placed together. I was originally placed with a family named "Beck" but they returned me to Ogallala and then the Tresslers (deceased) adopted me. Our birth mother still lives in Ogallala but she wants nothing to do with me and supposedly "can't remember when Debbie was born" or basically any other useful information. . I believe we all lived in a tiny house in Paxton when the welfare agency in Ogallala placed us. Prior to living in Paxton we lived in Ogallala. Supposedly there isn't any birth announcement for Debbie during the years of 1952-53, anyway that is what I was told. I can't access that microfishe since I live in North Carolina. Ogallala won't lend the microfishe to North Carolina, I checked. I grew up in Ogallala and for decades I have tried to get information but to absolutely no avail. It's almost as though we never existed. Of course by now, almost everyone who would have "known" us and knew about us has died or can't remember. I will keep on searching for Monty and Debbie. There is a real possibility that they don't even know they are adopted. |

| Adoptee July 22, 1954 Omaha, Nebraska [email protected] I was adopted from Child Savings Inst. in 1955. I have found my Biological Mother. Her name was Ruth Grabouski who is now deceased. She later married Leland W. Jones (aka Pat Jones). She named my father on the papers, however, after DNA testing he was not my real father. So I'm still searching for my Bio Father. My bio mother, Ruth Grabouski (from Beatrice, Nebr.) resided in the Child Savings unwed mother's home before my birth. I'm hoping that maybe another unwed mother who resided there might remember her and can provide me with some information to help me find my father.
