spell enables the wizard to create small magical
bullets (1 for every level of the wizard) that are
more used in dispatching enemies and magical defenses
rather than inflicting physical damage. Each bullet
strikes as a + 3 weapon inflicting 2D2+3 damage.
Every successful hit will randomly trigger a number
of effects that follow.
