Loviatar's Wrathful Castigation is an even more potent version of Nybor's Stern Reproof. It causes wracking pain and violent compulsions. The target creature must make a saving throw against death or die instantly. A surviving creature must also make a saving throw against spells to avoid further effects. Subjects failing this saving throw are stunned for 6 rounds, and receive a -4 penalty on attacks and saving throws, but a + 4 bonus on AC for the remaining duration of this spell.
