| US Army Special Forces Workout Routine. The Special Forces/Ranger School Workout Routine is divided up into 5 smaller routines, each a week long, that increase difficulty week by week. It would be very benificial to record your progress on either a day by day calendar or a workout log book. Keep track of the number of repepitions, time and distance of runs, number of sets, and etc. As stated in all of our workout routines, remember to consume the correct amount of nutrients and drink plenty of water. if using this routine inbetween your regular lifting routines, look into taking Glutamine to preserve your muscle mass and strength during the swimming and running portions.
