The Ab Workout
The following Ab Workout is one that a friend of mine and I learned while in Basic Training, and over time changed and reformed to the present workout. Completion will take upto 30-45 mins of all 7 steps, be sure to complete the entire routine as it is posted.

Step 1
Lay flat on your back, legs straight and arms laid flat at your sides.

Step 2
Position your arms so that your left hand is holding onto the back or your right shoulder Trapezius and your right hand is holding the back of your left shoulder Trapezius. Pull your arms up so that your chin is tucked into the inside of your elbow. When coming up from this position, your head and arms should always remain parallel to the surface.

This is the starting position, and will be refered to from now on as such.
