Work Like a soldier, look like a soldier. The quick 5 week course. | The following workout requires one to already have a high level of physical fitness. It is a different method of training that would be well worth it for you to include in your schedule for a couple weeks during the year. It will not only help boost your muscle tone and definition, it'll also give you a large increase in strength. This is a US Army Special Forces Workout Routine that was designed to prepare recruits for the Ranger School. Similar to the US Navy SEAL workout, this workout integrates strength, endurance, and mental focus for an all out assault on the body. In addition to the variety of weight lifting routines, you should incorparate this workout every 2-3 months out of the year. Taking breaks inbetween routines will not only give your muscles time to recouparate, it may help you overcome your strength plateau in the gym. It will also help shape, tone, and define your entire body, including some of those neglected muscles. This workout isn't recommended for maintaining physical fitness over the holidays.
