What are My Responsiblities at our Meeting?
MAESTRO DE CEREMONIAS
Select a theme for the day, if desired.  Include it on the agenda.

Prepare the agenda, including times of each step in the meeting. Prepare enough copies for everyone to have one. The Promesa de Lealtad should be printed at the bottom.
Keep the meeting flowing and on time. If necessary, limit the number of table topics.

If you will not be able to be at the meeting, find a replacement; have the replacement communicate with the players of the meeting.

Call/e-mail the team by the Tuesday prior to the meeting and make sure they are prepared for their duties.
MAESTRO DE LA INVOCACION Y LA PROMESA DE LEALTAD
Communicate with the M.C. 
Provide the thought for the day  - a one to two minute spiritual or positive thought to start the meeting. Try to keep the thought in line with the theme of the day, if the M.C. has selected one.
Lead the Pledge of Allegiance.
MAESTRO DEL CHISTE
Communicate with the M.C. 
Provide a clean and lighthearted joke for the day.
EDUCADOR
Communicate with the M.C. 
The topic should be related to Toastmasters or public speaking.  One source of information is the monthly Toastmasters magazine that we all receive.  Time frame is 5 to 10 minutes.
1 Y 2 ORADOR
Communicate with the M.C. 
Provide him information about your speech: title, manual from which you are working, speech number in that manual, objective of your speech, and time constraints.  Also, provide him some information about yourself so that he may introduce you during the meeting.  I
Communicate with your Evaluators.  Tell them the objective of your speech, and let them know if there is anything in particular that you want them to watch for in their evaluation of your speech.  Bring your manual to the meeting and give it to your evaluator before the meeting begins.
MAESTRO DE TEMAS DE SOBREMESA
Communicate with the M.C. 
Select a word of the day, which should reflect the Theme of the Day, if the M.C. has selected one.  Tell the M.C. the word of the day.  Write the word in large bold letters on a sheet of paper to post on the lectern at the meeting.
You may wish to keep the questions in line with the Theme of the Day.
EVALUADOR GENERAL
Communicate with the M.C. 
Call the Evaluation Team by Tuesday prior to the meeting including both evaluators and the Oyente.
1 Y 2 EVALUADOR
Communicate with the Evaluador General. 
Call the speaker you will be evaluating.  Get the title and objective of his speech.  Ask him if there�s anything in particular that he would like you to focus on in his evaluation of your speech, in addition to the stated objectives.  Remind the speaker to bring his manual to the meeting, which you will use during your preparation and delivery of your evaluation.  This communication with your speaker prior to the meeting will assist you in providing a helpful evaluation.
OYENTE
Communicate with the Evaluador General. 
During the meeting, write down questions about things that have been said.  At the end of the meeting, you will test everyone�s listening skills by asking the questions.  Select a specific person to answer each question; if he doesn�t know the answer, you may select another person or take volunteers.
