Because Los Manos Nera is a Chotic Rhelm, one would think that everything is ran in a chaotic manner. This is simply not the case. There is, without a doubt a strong military structure within Los Manos Nera and each and every citizen is required to live and breath this method. All citizens are required to know and abide by all the rules set forth by the elder, and by PdN's creators. If you are not willing to live in this manner, be prepared to suffer the consequences. |

Every Citizen of Los Manos Nera should set an example of high personal and military Ideals. They are expected to set an example for those younger, less experienced Citizens and teach them the right and wrong of the lands. BUT BE CLEAR... ALL DECISIONS REGUARDING PUNISHMENT WILL BE BROUGHT FORTH TO THE ELDER. NO EXCEPTIONS. The elder reserves the right to assign the type of punishment the offender will recieve. The elder will assign an enforcer to carry out the punishment. This most times being the subject's god or goddess. If it is a god or goddess out of line, The elder herself will take up that matter. personally.
Citizens will always put forth the good of Los Manos Nera before any personal likes or dislikes.
Citizens will obey all rules of Military Law.
Citizens will follow the chain of command without question.
Citizens will demonstrate Self control and loyality to Los Manos Nera at all times.
Citizens should know what to do in a situation without the elder having to hold thier hands, they should make decisions based on the rules of PdN and what the elder would want. situations should be taken care of with swiftness and with the least amount of confusion as possible.
Citizens Represent the whole of Los Manos Nera. Make her proud.
Acts of Treason against Los Manos Nera will NOT be tolerated, and the strictest manner of punishment will be used against the offender. There are no second chances.
NOTE: The elder reserves the right to add and remove rules as seen fit.
