Day Two |
Writing Poetry That Includes Personification Students will
begin to write their own poems, making sure that they include personification
as a literary device. |

Day Three |
This activity is a continuation from the previous day’s
lesson. Students will continue to write their own poems with
personification. Students will work together
to edit each other’s pieces using the “Peer Editing Checklist.” Writing Poetry That Includes Personification Students will
begin to write their own poems, making sure that they include personification
as a literary device. Poems will be scored using the following
